TERMS OF SERVICE

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment is required one week prior to pick-up/delivery date. Major changes to your order cannot be made after this point.

  • The customer is fully responsible for the condition of the cake after pick-up or delivery. If travelling with the cake, ensure it is sitting level on a flat service (ie: the floor of the car) and store at optimal temperature.

  • Please notify me of allergies or intolorences and I will do my best to accommodate. However, the kitchen is not free of gluten, dairy products, nuts or other allergens.

  • Cake toppers and flowers (including fresh, silk and dried arrangements) are cleaned and taped to be as hygienic and safe as possible. However, there is always a small risk of pesticides, dirt, insects and other contaminents that the customer assumes.

  • While you can send me photo ideas for cake inspiration, please note that I will not create an identical copy of a cake design…my own artistic flair will be incorporated into your design!
